1.a) How do I make a purchase online?
Logon to the website lemarfars.com (for all FARS Products)

STEP :

  • Go to www.lemarfars.com
  • Click SHOP
  • Choose your product.
  • Add to Cart and click Proceed To CheckOut
  • Fill in your details in Billing Details
  • Then, choose your Payment Method
  • Click Place Order
  • Complete Order

1.b) How do I make a payment online?

  • Direct Bank Transfer: Transfer manually and email the receipt to our Email (lemarfars@gmail.com).
  • (TEMPORARY NOT APPLICABLE) Billplz: Customer will be direct to their bank account and can make payment through transfer online.
  • Complete Payment

2.How many days would it take for my parcel to arrive?

For most deliveries, it will take between 1-3 days depending on the location. There may be delays during peak season eg. festive season etc.

3.Can I make a purchase online and pick the items up at the warehouse?

Yes, you can. Please choose Local Pickup on the CheckOut Details section and also put a note about the pick up collection date on the Billing Details before you Place Order.

4.What are the shipping costs?

Shipping Costs differ according to location and the weight of the item. Total Cost of the order including the Shipping Cost will be sent to you via email after you make a Place Order. You can also check the delivery status through the system or email.

5.Which countries do you ship to?

We ship locally in Malaysia via CityLink Express (M) Sdn Bhd

6. What should I do if the item I purchased has a defect?

If the item has any defects (eg. the bottle laked or broke), you can fill in the email form available at the Contact page:

  • Click on the Email Form in Contact Page
  • Fill in the form then email it to lemarfars@gmail.com. We will only allow refunds of goods in the exact condition when purchased and must be informed within 3 days after receiving.

7.I am not able to make a payment through Credit Card/ Online Transfer?

Update to us through Email and we will reply as soon as posibble. We will update the system soon.

8.If items on the website are out of stock, is there an estimated time for the next restock and where can I check this?

We do not have an estimated time for the restock, but you can check our website for daily updates. We will also notify our restocked product on our Facebook : @lemarfars

9.I have not received my item. What should I do?

Let us know and we will check the delivery status and speed up the shipping process for you. After we have checked your tracking no, we will send you the updates.

10. An item added to my cart was suddenly sold out at checkout. How is this possible?

The item is only reserved once your purchase is completed at checkout. If an item is very popular, it might be available when you place it in your cart, but have sold out once you’ve reached checkout.
