FAQ – Online Shop


1.a) How do I make a purchase online?
Logon to the website lemarfars.com (for all FARS Products)

• Go to www.lemarfars.com

• Click SHOP

• Choose your product.

• Add to Cart and click Go to Check Out

• Fill in your details in Customer Information

• Next, click Continue Shipping Method

• Next, click Continue To Payment Method

• Choose Payment Method

• Complete Order

1.b) How do I make a payment online?

• Bill will be received via Email including the Shipping Cost of the order.

• Next, the Full Payment should be completed via Direct Bank Transfer to our CIMB bank.

• Or pay directly using BillPlz method (not conpatible with Direct Bank Transfer)

• Complete Payment

2.How many days would it take for my parcel to arrive?

For most deliveries, it will take between 1-3 days depending on the location. There may be delays during peak season eg. festive season etc.

3.Can I make a purchase online and pick the items up at the warehouse?

Yes, you can. Please choose Local Pickup on the Checkout Details section and also put a note about the pick up date on the Billing Details before you Place Order.

4.What are the shipping costs?

There are several types of shipping method, each have their own calculating system. Shipping Costs differ according to location and the weight of the item. For (Will be notified by Email) the Total Cost of the order including the Shipping Cost will be sent to you via Email after you make a Place Order. As for the others, it will calculate automatically. We will email you for the tracking number and the status.

5.Which countries do you ship to?

We ship locally in Malaysia via GDex (Local), Pgeons (Local), PosLaju (local) and MrSpeedy Service (Selangor and Klang Valley only)

6. What should I do if the item I purchased has a defect?

If the item has any defects ( eg. the bottle laked or broke ), you can fill in the email form available at the Contact page:

• Click on the Email Form

• Fill in the form then email it to lemarfars@gmail.com. We will only allow refunds of goods in the exact condition when purchased and must be informed within 3 days after receiving.

7.I am not able to make a payment through Paypal/ Credit Card/ Online Transfer?

You can use Direct Bank Transfer instead and inform us until the maintenance had completed.

8.If items on the website are out of stock, is there an estimated time for the next restock and where can I check this?

We may not surethe estimated time for the restock, but you can check our website for daily updates. We will also notify our restocked product on our Facebook : @lemarfars

9.I have not received my item. What should I do?

Let us know and we will check the delivery status and speed up the shipping process for you. After we have checked your tracking no, we will send you the update: YOUR ITEM IS NOW AT … AND IT IS BEING PROCESSED FOR DELIVERY TO YOUR ADDRESS

10. An item added to my cart was suddenly sold out at checkout. How is this possible?

The item is only reserved once your purchase is completed at checkout. If an item is very popular, it might be available when you place it in your cart, but have sold out once you’ve reached checkout.

11. Can you locate a garment in store?

Currently, we are unable to reserve items over the phone or online, we can advise the best store for you to visit or help you purchase the product online.

Delivery T&C.

1. All FARS product available to online purchase.
2. Shipping Cost will be include in the Final Price.
3. Only online payment will be accepted / no COD.
4. Delivery is within local Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak only.
5. Last payment be made are before 4 pm, later than that will be carried to the next day.
6. Every delivery will be processed within 3 working days after Full Payment had been made.
7. Any claims for damage to and/or loss of the item are within 3 working days after receiving. If occur, replacement item will be processed as soon as possible.
8. All delivery item is securely properly and sufficient packed, labeled and/or prepared in wrapper or box appropriate to the nature.
9. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate, whether in whole or part, any and all such promotions without prior notice and at our absolute discretion.
